The juntas are very insightful and it is cool to hear what everyone has to say. It makes you think of the different aspects everyone's own experience has to offer. I think it is also nice to be able to share all of our experiences because it makes me think more about them and it brings a bigger meaning to the whole thing. I think the juntas are very important to the mission experience and the giving deeper meaning aspect.
